He founded Strategem with a clear mission: to help businesses navigate complexity and make better decisions. Over the years, John has built a reputation for combining sharp strategic insight with a collaborative, facilitative approach that gets people working together and delivers results that last.

His expertise spans strategic planning, organisational reviews, stakeholder engagement and leadership development, with a particular focus on internationalisation.

Today, as Founding Consultant, John provides strategic counsel and thought leadership to the business and its clients, ensuring Strategem remains true to its founding values of collaboration, clarity, courage, and impact.

With a background in governance, strategy, and organisational development, Dylan brings a bold and practical approach to helping clients tackle complexity and deliver meaningful change. He works closely with public bodies, charities, and growth-driven businesses, ensuring Strategem’s work delivers measurable impact and lasting results.

Dylan has a track record of leading high-growth businesses and guiding boards through transformation, combining commercial acumen with a deep commitment to social impact. He is also Chair of The Dementia Trust, a UK charity funding innovation and research to improve the lives of those affected by dementia.
